As a general principle, we kindly inform you that we do not offer refunds.

All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, it cannot be refunded, either fully or partially.

Users may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership term.
